Lenny Hochstein has had a change of heart.

The newly engaged plastic surgeon filed an emergency petition on Aug. 10 to rescind the marriage settlement he and his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, had agreed upon, according to the court docket seen by Page Six.

A second filing notes that Lenny’s attorney has “conferred” with the “Real Housewives of Miami” star’s legal representation and both agreed to resolve the issue without an official hearing.

Lenny, 57, also requested their now-defunct settlement to be kept confidential and wrote in the confidentiality agreement that he filed his urgent petition in “anticipation” of Lisa, 41, rejecting the settlement herself.
