Well, the solution to the custom level I had was close, but not the intended solution, so the new one has one extra skull. I hope this is the intended solution...

If you're still confused after watching the previous video, the belt moving the text twice in the first video moves the ghost twice in this video (at 1:12) the same way, since GHOST IS PUSH. After that, at 1:34, when "GHOST IS MOVE" is made, BABA moves "WIN" up, and the GHOST moves "WIN" to the right, and getting destroyed shortly after. With that, "FLAG IS WIN" is made and you can walk to the FLAG.
