Tips and Guidelines on How to Use the Turbo Mini Fogging Machine

Carefully read the manual and follow the steps for your safety.

Dilution:
* 10ml/L - Thermal Fogging Outdoor
* 20ml/L - Thermal Fogging Indoor

1. Chemical mix
- Detach main body fogger from the chemical tank
- Filling solution (diesel + chemical) into chemical tank.
2. Starting
- connect the butane gas into the gas connector.
- be sure to connect the gas cylinder while the valve is closed.
- open the gas control valve.
- Press the ignition.
- preheat the coil. Wait for 20 sec. after ignition.
3. Discharging Fog
- Pump the pump-lever for 2 to 3 time.
- When the solution output is lower, pump it again.
- Do not interrupt the smoke screen during the smoke screen operation
- If the work is interrupted, the coil will burn causing the nozzle to clog. So work little by little when moving to another area.
4. Stopping
- After working, close the gas control valve.
- Pump the pump lever for 5~6 times to eliminate the remaining chemical in the coil and ejection nozzle.
5. Special prevention of coil clogging
- Detach main body of fogger from the tank after its use, and fill water in a plastic bottle/container, with ignition on. Put Cylinder in the water, and remove the residue in the coil by pumping fogger fast about a minute, until vapor is emitted. By doing this all the residue will be removed.
6. Maintenance after use
- Chemical tank , gas and main body should be kept separately.
- Soak pump in the water so that it will immersed, and you can clean the chemical tank by spraying water.
