Larb Gai (ລາບໄກ່) is a Lao spicy salad made of minced chicken.

This is essentially the same as the "Larb Moo" recipe (   • C/w Nana: Lao Spicy Pork Salad (ລາບໝູ...  ) that I demonstrated back in December, 2011, but using chicken instead of pork.

"Ma Der, Ma Der" means "Please come join us" in Lao language.
