1994 Cadillac Eldorado with a no start no crank electrical issues. Parts replaced and tested so far. Ignition Switch, Bypassed Vats/Passkey, Battery Cables, Fuses, Starter/Solenoid. Not Replaced Yet Fusible Link, Neutral Safety Switch, Starter Enable Relay.

I should Also mention I bench tested the starter and solenoid, and starter enable relay.

So what the heck is wrong with this freaking car? I will provide an updated video after I probably end up replaceing and bench testing neutral safety switch
