Sun Sun 704B Canister Filter | Unboxing, Setup & Product Review

This is an unboxing, setup and product review on the SunSun HW-704B canister filter. We added this filter to our 125 gallon predator hap tank as our secondary filtration. Our Aquaclear 110 was noisy at times, so we wanted a second canister as a replacement, to go along with our FX6, for redundancy purposes.

We think this filter is a good option if you're looking for an inexpensive option for filtration. There's a ton of room for media, and overall, the canister is fairly quiet - one of our main criteria.

It does have some inexpensive plastic and hose material, but this seems like a small tradeoff considering the price. We aren't sponsored by any brands/products, and this review is purely based on our fish keeping experiences.
