Today's a good day for an Irish Coffee! St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, I could use some caffein, and it's chilly where I am - so a hot Irish coffee sounds pretty good. However, I know not all of you are somewhere cold, and you may not want a hot drink. Not to worry - we're also going to make a cold brew Irish coffee! For this version we'll be using Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur because its bold coffee flavor holds up to dilution. Hot or cold - if you like coffee and you like cocktails, there's an Irish coffee for you.
