With your logo layer selected, go to effect simulation and add Shatter.
Set the view to Rendered and go to force 1. Set the radius to 0. So now you should see your logo.
Go to shape and set the pattern to custom. Then set the shatter map to your logo layer.
Now go to textures and set the front,side, and back layers to your logo layer as well.
Then set the side mode to color.
Then go to camera psoiton and animate any of the propties, because now your logo is 3D.
Increase the extrusion depth to make your logo even more 3D and feel free to change the texture color.
