How to easily install Mac OS Monterey on a Windows 10 PC using Virtual Box

UPDATE!!!!
It is now possible to alter your screen resolution and open in full screen! Simply open a command prompt as administrator and copy this line:

cd C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox

Once you have done this copy the command line below replacing "mac OS Big Sur" with the name of your virtual machine.

VBoxManage setextradata "macOS Big Sur" VBoxInternal2/EfiGraphicsResolution 1920x1080

I have entered 1920 x 1080 as the resolution however you can replace this with whatever the resolution of your monitor.
