The best of both worlds! In Part 3 of our Exploring Moab Series, we take you to the least visited of the three National Parks, Capitol Reef. We get to hike through one of the stunning Capitol Gorge, explore the one time town of Fruita settled by Mormon pioneers, and eat some yummy berry pie made fresh from the fruit trees planted by those pioneers over a century ago.
