HREEM is the Goddess's OM(AUM). It is the primary mantra of the Tantric Goddess Maha Tripura Sundari. It is the seed mantra of the Sri Yantra, and the Shakti mantra of the Heart. It energizes and expands the heart, inviting us to more openly welcome our experiences in this world.

Where OM clears space and creates ground, HREEM is fullness. It is alive and invokes magnetism.

In a broader sense, it is the solar mantra. It is the power of illumination and reflection. The mantra is very powerful. It holds great capacity for transformation that can extend to the subtlest layers of our consciousness and energy.

For best results, chant daily for 45 days. The mantra should be spoken, chanted or meditated on with a sense of relaxation and deep feeling. Experience yourself as the vibration. Feel it in every cell of your body.

This form of chanting was recorded to support Tantric meditation practice of ucchara. When chanting this seed mantra, you can visualize the energy or power of the mantra beginning in the pelvis, then moving upwards through the body and resonating in the space above the palate. Become especially aware of the space when the mantra dissolves into voidless void of consciousness.
