finding joy in simple things | introvert diaries

lately i’m focusing on something we could all use more of—joy. i’m learning how to prioritize joy and put it at the center of my life, rather than letting fear, doubt, and anxiety take over. i spent a cozy afternoon drawing, making myself a cup of tea, and just embracing the little moments that bring me happiness. i took a peaceful stroll through istanbul, where I picked up a vogue magazine—something I used to love as a kid. it was a sweet reminder of my younger self and the simple joys i used to cherish.

i'm definitely in the mood to rediscover how powerful these small, mindful moments can be in creating a more joyful life and wish to spread it in my days
