2. Dumbbell Incline Fly: Similar to the previous exercise, this movement targets the upper chest. Lie on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended above your chest and palms facing each other. Lower your arms to the sides, keeping a slight bend in your elbows, and return to the starting position.

3. Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly: This exercise engages the middle and lower chest muscles. Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other. Lower your arms out to the sides in a wide arc, maintaining a slight bend in your elbows, and bring them back up to the starting position.

4. Barbell Incline Bench Press: Another upper chest exercise, this movement is similar to the dumbbell incline bench press but utilizes a barbell instead. Lie on an incline bench and grasp the barbell with an overhand grip. Lower the barbell to your chest, then push it back up to the starting position.

5. Barbell Bench Press: This compound exercise targets the entire chest, along with the shoulders and triceps. Lie on a flat bench and hold a barbell with an overhand grip. Lower the barbell to your chest, then press it back up, fully extending your arms.

6. Dumbbell Pullover: This exercise primarily targets the lower chest and also engages the back muscles. Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in both hands, arms extended above your chest. Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head, keeping a slight bend in your elbows, and return to the starting position.

Remember to warm up before each workout and use proper form and technique throughout. Adjust the weight according to your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress. It's also essential to rest and recover adequately between workouts to allow your muscles to repair and grow.
