Come along on our outdoor adventure to Cinder Hills AKA The Cinders in Flagstaff Arizona. I had to work on and prep my dirt bike, a 2019 Honda CRF450RX, my RV, my brother's Honda TRX450R quad, and my 1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ before the trip. This included everything from oil changes, distributors, and rear main seals in the motor. I even had a couple mishaps, but everything worked out in the end after many long nights working in the garage.
The trip had great weather in the forestand was a ton of fun. I love to use the Jeep for higher speed, rather than the typical rock crawling, even though it is not built for that!
The Jeep works pretty well for how underbuilt it is. It only has a 4" short arm lift kit with 2.0 Fox Racing Shocks in the front and 2.0 Bilstein Shocks in the rear. The Jeep will eventually get a full cage and turned into a 4-Wheel Drive Prerunner with a Ford Dana 44 front axle and a Ford 9 Inch rear axle with coilovers, bypasses, and bump stops all 4 corners.
There was also a Prerunner Takeover the weekend we went, so it was cool to see all the unique rigs out there ripping over the whoops and hitting jumps! Hopefully I provided some entertainment, or at least a laugh at my jump attempt!
