1. Application form (Common Document Required)
2. Direct Placement Form ( only for UG, Not Mandatory )
3. Academic Transcripts (Common Document Required)
4. Certificate of Graduation (Common Document Required)
5. Letter of Recommendation (Common Document Required)
6. Medical Certificate (Common Document Required)
7. Certificate of Enrollment (Common Document Required)
8. Certificate of Qualifying Examination ( I didn't speak about this because it's not mandatory and I don't have knowledge about this ) ( Only for UG/STC)
9. Certificate of Language Proficiency (Common Document but not mandatory)
