”Japanese Simmered shrimp” Recipe | About 2~3 servings

-Ingredient-
Shrimp (Black Tiger)

-seasoning-
10g Salt
30g Sake
24g Shirodashi
13g Sweet sake
5g Light soy sauce
Red pepper 1 Piece

(1).Devein shrimp.

(2).Boil the shrimp.
500ml Water
10g Salt
30g Sake
After boiling, add shrimp and boil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
"Please adjust the heat so that it does not spill of boil water."

(3). Transfer the shrimp to cold water as soon as possible.

(4).When the shrimp has cooled, transfer it to a colander.

(5). Make Dashi.
263ml Water
24g Shirodashi
13g Sweet sake
5g Light soy sauce
Red pepper 1 Piece

(6). Cool the Dashi and add the shrimp when the Dashi is cold.

(7). Let it sit in the refrigerator for a day to complete.
※Can be stored for a week.
