After a ton of attempts I finally got this run. Usually I never survived getting out of the key area for the second time but managed to do it this time with over 100 health and armor! Extremely lucky not to get stuck there with revenants punching me in the face. Also sorry about the random shaking at 2:10, I was listening to the Rise of the Triad soundtrack and 'Goin' down the Fast Way' was playing (and I didn't think I'd live anyway since I had tried this many times).
I waited in that area for a while to let infighting take out as many as possible and to try and get most of the viles in one spot. I had to go around back near the spider mastermind at 1:20 to get that vile off the stairs so he would be lured near me at 2:10 or else when I entered the key area the second time I would have been fried!
