Splash Lagoon is a brand new water ride that opened on May 18th 2024 in the Lost Kingdom area of Paultons Park. Splash Lagoon is a mini log flume manufactured by ABC Rides and is the latest expansion to the Lost Kingdom area that opened in May 2016. The brand-new water ride sits next to the Dinosaur Tour Co. Jurassic Jeep ride on the site where Temple Heights once stood.

What are the Height Restrictions to Ride Splash Lagoon at Paultons Park?
To ride Splash Lagoon guests must be at least 0.9m and guests under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 1 adult and 1 child per boat or 3 children per boat only.

Splash Lagoon isn't just an ordinary log flume ride; it's a thrilling water boat excursion designed for the entire family to enjoy. History of Lost Kingdom at Paultons Park:
In 2015, a four-acre area was cleared to begin development of Lost Kingdom. On 17 May 2016 Paultons Park opened Lost Kingdom, a dinosaur-themed land costing £9 million. It is now home to 8 new rides and attractions including:

Splash Lagoon, ABC Rides Mini Log Flume
Flight of Pterosaur, a Vekoma family suspended coaster,
Velociraptor, a Vekoma family boomerang coaster,
Dino Chase, a Zierer Tivoli junior coaster,
Boulder Dash, a Zamperla demolition derby ride,
The Dinosaur Tour Co., a Metallbau Emmeln, track ride,
Alive, a dinosaur meet and greet character experience,
The Little Explorers kids Playground.

Splash Lagoon replaced Temple Heights which originally opened in 2005 when it was known as Magic Carpet before being rethemed when Lost Kingdom opened. Dino Chase originally opened in 2003 and was known as the Flying Frog before being rethemed.

Paultons Park, Home of Peppa Pig World's new water ride, Splash Lagoon in the Lost Kingdom area of Paultons Park is an ABC Rides mini log flume. Splash Lagoon is opens on May 18th, 2024. Paultons Park has also announced a new dark ride rumored to be called Ghostly Manor
