In 2009 American author Daniel Pinchbeck meet up with artist, writer, poet, pshycologist, cartoonist and movie maker Alejandro Jodorowsky in Paris where Jodorowsky is currently living. They talk and exhange ideas. This show was originally aired on November 25. 2009 on the Franco-German television station Arte.

Alejandro Jodorowsky (Spanish pronunciation: [aleˈxandɾo xoðoˈɾoski]) (born 7 February 1929) is a Chilean filmmaker, playwright, composer and writer. Best known for his avant-garde films, he has been "venerated by cult cinema enthusiasts" for his work which "is filled with violently surreal images and a hybrid blend of mysticism and religious provocation." His most notable works include El Topo (1970), The Holy Mountain (1973) and Santa Sangre (1989), all of which have had limited release but achieved popularity amongst various countercultural groups.

Daniel Pinchbeck (born June 15, 1966) is an author and advocate of the use of psychedelic substances such as LSD, Psilocybin mushrooms and peyote for enriching people's intellectual, psychological and spiritual beliefs through the psychedelic experience. He is the author of Breaking Open the Head: A Psychedelic Journey into the Heart of Contemporary Shamanism and 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl.
