I recently had a great listing meeting with a repeat client, and I'll be ready when she is to get her home on the market and prepared to sell🏡.

I’ll talk through all the prep needed (repairs, maintenance, etc.) and send over a stager for a consultation or actual staging then we'll get everything ready to go and I’ll have professional photos taken 📸.

I wanted to check in and say that it's SUPER important to start talking to your Realtor pre-listing. Checking in early and devising a plan with your Realtor allows for ample time to address any potential improvements that may need to be made to your home before listing, ensuring that your home is presented in the best possible light to potential buyers. Additionally, starting the conversation early allows for a better understanding of the current market and what strategies will be most effective for selling your home. It's always good if you're thinking about selling in the future to check in early and start to make a plan…fail to plan, plan to fail!
