Описание к видео DL24MP cheap solution dissipating 600W on a single 150W module electronic load atorch

In the current video I wanted to show you the simple idea (there are more) how I diverted 90% of the power from the electronic load to an external FIXED load, a high power resistor.

In the present case, we diverted 90W and 10W are dissipated by the electronic load.

What this idea offers:
low costs, you can use a single 150W module, set the max 600W in the menu and then mount one or more external resistors (which type is desired)
long life of the electronic module because over 90% of the power is diverted externally, resulting in a reduced temperature of the mosfets

Careful!

The power of the external load (you calculate it: P= U*I) must always be lower than the power set in the module. If this power is higher than what is set in the menu, the electronic load goes into self-oscillation by the fact that it keeps trying to reduce the power in the mosfets lower then physical is possible but he can't go "negative". The electronic load module becomes unstable and may burn.
