In this video, I review the Rokinon/Samyang AF 85mm f/1.4 Lens for Canon RF while using it on my Canon EOS R5 mirrorless camera. I compare it to the Canon RF 85mm 1.2L USM. This was a personal endeavor to help me decide which lens to keep in my bag. I thought I would document my findings to help other decide which lens to buy. I show sample photos taken with the both the Rokinon (Samyang) AF85 f1.4 and the Canon RF 85mm 1.2L USM and show their bokeh, sharpness, AF speed, and size. An 85mm lens is an essential lens for me as a wedding and portrait photographer, so I want to make sure I have a good one.
