Update 41 is well underway and gamers are asking, is Flame Blossom still one of the best proc sets for Nigthtblades or just burst proc builds in general? What about Cinders of Anthelmir? or Tarnished Nightmare. What should I be using now? It got a little messy sorting it out, but I am going to answer all of that for you today and more!
