These strengthening activities can be practiced with children especially at school age. Sufficient core strength is important to develop all gross motor skills. These exercises can be practiced in kids gym classes, as physical education (PE) activities, in paediatric physical therapy / physiotherapy, and in paediatric occupational therapy sessions.
