Hi guys!
Im back with another video about Infosys and what all you will learn during the training. This is an overview of the whole timeline of my training which stays more or less the same for everyone.

Description
Welcome to HumBhiEngineer — where we bring behind‑the‑scenes stories from engineering life, training journeys, corporate culture, and real talk about what it’s like stepping into the IT world. In this video, we take you inside one of the most talked‑about training grounds for freshers in India: Infosys’ Mysore campus, and how the System Engineer program (or related foundational training) works there.
Whether you’re someone who’s just cleared your final semester, waiting for an offer, or trying to decide whether this path is for you.
What You’ll See in This Video
A guided tour of the Mysore campus infrastructure — classrooms, labs, dorms, food courts, recreation, and more
Day‑in‑the‑life glimpses: class schedules, training modules, study sessions, group projects, and downtime
Breakdown of the System Engineer / Infosys Foundation Program curriculum: generic training, stream training, assessments, soft skills, etc.
Interviews / voiceovers from trainees or alumni (real or reconstructed) sharing personal experiences — struggles, wins, and lessons
The rules, expectations, and challenges of training life
Advice and tips: how to survive, how to thrive, what to focus on
Reflections on what happens after training: placement, role transition, “black tag,” and what to expect beyond the campus
By the end of this video, you’ll have a more informed perspective — and less anxiety — about stepping into this intense but potentially transformative training environment.
Why Infosys Mysore?
Infosys Global Education Center (GEC), Mysore, is one of the world’s largest corporate training centers.
The Foundation Program (or foundation training) is the hallmark program, designed to transition fresh graduates into corporate-ready professionals.
Infosys
Since inception, over 100,000+ engineering graduates have trained at the Mysore center.
The campus hosts thousands of trainees at once — training, boarding, and living in a residential environment.
Thus, the Mysore campus is not just a training center — it’s almost a mini university campus for freshers, with infrastructure and experiences that shape the early part of many engineers’ careers.
The distance between ECCs and GECs may be a kilometer or two; hence, bicycle stands and transport facilities are organized.

There’s also a floating restaurant, some premium or special dining options.
Training schedules are intense — day
The flow is similar:
Orientation & L&D (Learning & Development) / Foundation Phase
Corporate culture, ethics, policies, process introduction
Communication, soft skills, presentation, time management,
Operating Systems, Networking fundamentals
Basic software engineering concepts, OOP, REST, etc.
Perhaps small projects or labs that integrate multiple modules
Stream
Generic assessment, L&D assessment, stream assessments
Failures may allow reattempts; failing consecutively may lead to removal from training
Some assessments
Evaluation & Continuation Criteria
The assessments are strict; many trainees don’t clear them in
Trainees must adhere to attendance.
