This system is arranged in a series of steps. To implement this system, you don’t have to go through the steps in order. However, I’ve designed it in an order that makes sense to me, from my experience. You should be able to read through the steps in 60 to 90 minutes and decide for yourself the order you want to take. Implementing all the steps will obviously take longer.

Each step has a video and corresponding text.
Not every step will have a corresponding section in your Sales Playbook, which you can download in Step 1. And there are sections in your Sales Playbook that are not included here. For instance, your Sales Playbook has sections on The Sales "A" Player, Getting Past the Gatekeeper, and Sales Rules, and many others.

The CEO’s Sales System can be used for selling both products and services. However, for simplicity's sake, I refer to everything here as products.
For each step, there is a RESOURCE and/or ACTIVITIES section. Most of these have either a download or other helpful ideas that will get you closer to building out your system.

Most founders start their company by leading sales themselves — and it works.
You know the customer, you close the deals, and you carry the quota.

But at some point, it stops working.
You’re stretched thin, sales slow down, and growth stalls because you’re still the one driving every deal.
Delegating sales feels risky — no one sells like you do — but staying in the driver’s seat is holding your company back.

That’s why I created the Founders and CEOs Sales System.
