Ingredients -
For Kheer :
Saffron/kesar - 8-10
Dry fruits - 1 cup ( dry coconut, cashews, pistachios, almonds)
Ghee for frying dry fruits
Rice - 1 cup
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar -7-8 tsp
Raisins for garnishing - 3 tsp
For Sabji :
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, coriander seeds - 1 tsp each
Bay leaves - 2
Dry red chilli - 2
Green chilli chopped + grated Ginger - 2 tsp
Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Cloves - 5-6
6-7 Black pepper+ 1 Black Cardamom+ 3-4 Green Cardamom
Potatoes - 2 medium sized
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp ( as per taste)
Water - 2 cups
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
For Kachori :
Besan- 1 cup
Atta - 2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/4th tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Ghee - 3-4 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Water for making dough
Oil for frying
