Dr. Janina Dill discusses her research concerning international law and ethics in international relations, specifically in war. Her current work investigates the legal, moral, and military implications of “collateral damage,” with a specific focus on U.S. military practices. Dr. Dill is the John G. Winant Associate Professor in U.S. Foreign Policy at the University of Oxford and a Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law, and Armed Conflict.
