Perhaps not the most sensible sudoku for Simon to attempt up against a deadline but this is a STUNNING puzzle by Mormagli. The twist on normal renban rules is so minor that you can hardly believe how profoundly it changes all the logic. This is a masterpiece.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along a pink line must form a consecutive sequence without repeats. (These digits can appear in any order.) The digit 1 can count as either a 1 or a 10. For example, the digits 189 & 123 would make up a valid renban, but 129 would not. The digits 1 and 9 may never be orthogonally adjacent.
