So, I decided to make a reel of all the times Wily laughed in the Ruby-Spears Mega Man cartoon. This is the result. There are a couple of points where I left the line leading up to the laugh intact due to it being funny, or the animation being odd, and at one point, I left in a scene where Wily WANTED to laugh, but didn't. ^_^ Enjoy!
