1937 Sparton Model 1068 Restore Part 1

After Dickel plans another ridiculous scheme, Old Buzz drags out his newest project from his garage, a 1937 Sparton console radio. This radio looks to be in pretty good condition. Buzz shows off his snazzy looking radio, then tests the speaker and power transformer windings to see if it's possible to power it up. What are the odds this radio will work?
