The Modular Storage System is a heavy-duty, highly customizable storage solution built to last. Tailor your storage with a variety of shelves (dumbbell shelves, kettlebell shelves, ball and plate storage, and more), lengths (41" or 72"), and upright colors. Build a stand-alone unit or a corner shelf unit within the builder. A corner shelf unit allows you to utilize the empty space between two units in a corner. Expand these storage units or seamlessly integrate storage on your 4000 or 5000 Series racks and rigs utilizing additional components. Starting from scratch with your rack? Build a storage solution on your rack through our builders. The Modular Storage System will provide storage solutions that will work with the Ares and Athena attachments. Advance the functionality of your system with attachments, such as weight horns, a dip station, leg roller, bands, and more. The Modular Storage System is REP's most configurable storage option, with a robust ecosystem. Your storage. Your way.
The storage is tough, made with 3x3" 11-gauge steel and has a weight capacity of 1,000lbs for all shelves between two uprights. The uprights feature 2” hole spacing for the 5000 Series and 1” hole spacing from hole numbers 1-20, transitioning to 2” hole spacing elsewhere for the 4000 Series. Laser-cut numbers on the front of the upright make it easy to line up shelves and attachments. The Modular Storage System is finished with laser cutting, robotic welding, and robotic painting all under one roof to ensure consistent quality. All shelves come with laser-cut REP logos and a metallic black powder coat. Uprights come in metallic black, red, blue, white, army green, and matte black powder coats - providing a cohesive aesthetic. The Modular Storage System effortlessly maximizes both space and premium appearances, making it the cornerstone of your home or commercial gym.

Overall:
• Everything is made to be compatible with our 4000 or 5000 series racks. While the components are all cut with 5000 series holes, each package will come with the necessary step bushing in the hardware packs to mount with a 4000 series set up as well.
• Modular storage components are metallic black with the exception of the short uprights which allow for our normal color selections.
• High quality powder coat with laser cut numbers and REP logos in the necessary spots.

Shelving Options:
• All flat shelves will have an optional rubber mat for protection of the paint or equipment.
72”
• 72” shelves will have only one option BUT it is a reversable shelf. So, one side is for dumbbell storage and the other is a flat shelf for storage of kettlebells, slamballs, and any other gym equipment that fits.
