Noco Boost Plus GB40 Lithium Jump Starter | Can I Fix It?

In this video we're going to be looking at a Noco Boost Plus GB40 Lithium Jump Starter. It was advertised on eBay as not turning on and not charging.

Let's get it on the blue mat and see if I can figure out what's wrong with it and hopefully repair it!

I'm not an expert, but I do enjoy trying to fix things.
