Changes to the I-140 and filing fees on your EB-2 NIW case

On April 1, 2024, the filing fees on the I-140 went up for EB-2 NIW cases, and there were some changes to the Form I-140. Additionally, there is now an Asylum Program Fee. This video is intended to help explain the changes so that you can file your EB-2 NIW case correctly as a self-petitioner.
