From the Dutch long chili, Bullet, Finger, Thai Hot, Scotch Bonnet, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and the Butch 'T' we just keep ramping it up on the Scoville scale.... Can they handle the heat?.........
