Father files Federal lawsuit against California Family Court Judges, alleges corruption and unlawful removal of children.

A California father has filed a federal lawsuit accusing Judges Roberta Hayashi, Cindy Seeley Hendrickson, Brooke Blecher, and Thomas Kuhnle of systemic corruption, judicial misconduct, and civil rights violations.

The suit claims the judges orchestrated the unlawful removal of his children through biased rulings, due process violations, and suppression of evidence.

He is seeking damages, restoration of parental rights, and a federal investigation into alleged collusion within the Santa Clara County family court system. The court has not yet responded to the allegations.

Judge Roberta S. Hayashi

Appointment & Tenure: Appointed by Governor Jerry Brown on December 12, 2014, Judge Hayashi began her tenure in 2015. She was re-elected unopposed in the June 7, 2022 primary, with her current term ending on January 8, 2029.

Judge Cindy Seeley Hendrickson

Appointment & Tenure: Judge Hendrickson has been serving on the Santa Clara County Superior Court since 2019.

Judge Brooke Blecher

Appointment & Tenure: Judge Blecher has been serving on the Santa Clara County Superior Court since 2015.

Judge Thomas E. Kuhnle

Appointment & Tenure: Appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Judge Kuhnle has been serving since 2010.
