Painting the P71 Wheels... and tires??

Those of us who own a Ford Crown Victoria P71 police interceptor with the steel wheels know that the wheel paint is usually faded, pitted, and worn out. In this video I sand and repaint the wheels... and at the suggestion of a Youtube friend, even painted the tires. I'll update you how well the tire paint holds up!

update 8/25/2020 - wheels still looking good, the OCD in me will probably re-do them at some point though
