In Stretch your Legs Gentle Yoga for Restless Legs Relief, we will stretch and compress the leg muscles and meridians. Stretching and compressing of the muscles and meridians in the legs, hips, and feet, will gently promote Qi and Blood flow through the vessels. Practice whether you have restless legs, or just want to stretch your legs! This class is beginner friendly. If you suffer from restless legs syndrome, RLS, known for the uncontrollable urge to move the legs, you are probably all too familiar with the terrible discomfort it brings you. Many who suffer from this syndrome notice a worsening of symptoms at night, particularly when going to bed, so this is a great practice to do right before you turn in for the evening. Another thing about RLS is that there is a theory that it may stem from spinal nerve compression or irritation, so we will open the lower back and abdominal region as well. I hope you can find some relief!
