Описание к видео Absurdism - (Albert Camus)

Join George and John as they discuss and debate different Philosophical ideas, today they will be focusing on the theory of Absurdism.

Put forward by the writer Albert Camus, Absurdism is a position that explains the human experience and the absurdity that comes with it. Camus claimed that human beings have an innate desire to find purpose and meaning to life, however we ultimately live in a meaningless Universe. How should deal with the absurd realisation? Camus explains his version of the Absurd Man, the ideal that human beings should strive to be.

Watch as George and John explain this position and critically assess Absurdism as a Philosophical thought.
