A New York City subway ride turns into a crime scene after an ex-military vigilante, Daniel Penny, put a drug-addicted homeless man, Jordan Neely, in a chokehold to stop him from threatening passengers. Unfortunately, the chokehold killed him.

But was Jordan the one in trouble or were the people in the subway car the ones who needed Daniel’s help? What do you think?
