How to Make Fully Sewn Headbands for Mouse Ears

I've made well over 1,000 pairs of mouse ears over the years, and I just within the last year switched from making glued headbands to fully sewn headbands. It might feel a bit intimidating at first to make a sewn headband, but they're easy to get the hang of and they look great!
