Could you share how to go raw vegan? Maybe the foods we can eat, what we don't? maybe the struggles of being a raw vegan in Malaysia? I have not found a single raw vegan so far in Malaysia 😂 also how did you deal with family and friends? I'm so afraid to tell anyone about me transitioning because I don't think they will support me in this decision. I still get a hard time from my family just from deciding to go vegan. How do you navigate social gatherings with family and friends? What do you tell them when they ask you why you're not eating the food?
