Scintillation the new nightfall linear fusion rifle is absolutely stacked with fantastic perk options. And like the edge transit sometimes these perks can be stacked up in a single column to benefit from them both. This time its envious assassin and cornered in column 3 with enhanced surrounded in column 4.
Benefitting from the hugely increased mag size from envious assassin. The decreased charge time from cornered and the huge 47% damage increase from surrounded easily makes this the best legendary linear fusion in the game.
But is this enough to make it worthwhile? Linears have been struggling for awhile compared to other heavy options and even some specials recently such as the Still Hunt.
