Why long ammo is the meta in Hunt Showdown

If you've played hunt for any amount of hours you're probably aware that Long ammo is king. Whilst other load outs of course have their uses, long ammo has consistently been the 'meta' since the games inception.

This video talks about why it's the meta and most likely will continue TO be the meta for the foreseeable future. There is a good chance if you've played hunt for any period of time you already know the answer to this, but I felt it important to discuss regardless.
