Hub City Stompers "WTFIU?"

In March of 2010, Justin Thomas convened with the New Jersey ska/reggae/Oi! band The Hub City Stompers to film a music video for the song WTFIU?, the opening track of the bands 2006 LP, Dirty Jersey. The Hub City Stompers are currently kings (and queen) of the underground Jersey concert circuit; formed in the summer of 2002, they take their influences from a myriad of musical genres, employing elements of reggae, punk rock, jazz, and even classical music. Hailing from the stomping grounds of the infamous hub city of New Brunswick, NJ, the Hub City Stompers have become a force to be reckoned with in the once-assumed dead ska music movement, and have administered an exciting new shot of life into the scene. The video for WTFIU? was filmed at Frankensound Recording Studios in North Brunswick, New Jersey, and the band invited a constituency of their loyal fanbase to partake in the shoot. The video had its premiere on May 1, 2010 at Asbury Lanes off the shore of Asbury Park, New Jersey, and was given an enthusiastic reception by the local ska-core community.
