Gabby Petito Murder Case Lawsuit: Petito Family v. Laundrie Family Hearing

A hearing was held Wednesday to decide whether a civil lawsuit by Gabby Petito’s parents should move forward against Brian Laundrie’s parents. Petito's family is suing the Laundries, alleging that they knew their son killed Gabby and did not speak up.
