In fact, by just adding Aether into the picture, we can find better, alternative explanations for all phenomena which are explained or predicted by the Theories of Relativity.

The current estimation of the Galactic center’s mass is around 4 million Solar Masses
The number of stars in the Milkyway is 100-400 billion (median value is 250 billion)
So, 250 billion stars orbiting around 4 million solar masses
Simple math: 250 billion / 4 million = 62,500
Let’s assume the average mass of a star is equal to the Sun’s mass.
So the total mass of the orbiting stars is 62,500 times greater than the central mass.
It is like an Elephant orbiting around a Rabbit.
It is impossible
