As we begin one of the most beautiful seasons of the year I have prepared one of my favorite Fall baked goods for you to try and enjoy with your family & friends. Below I have listed all my ingredients and measurements for your reference:
Proofing of yeast/ yeast mixture: (Allow to proof for 10 mins)
1 1/4 Cup warm water2 Tbsp sugar
4 Tsp dry active yeast

Dough Mixture: (Allow to rise for 1hr or until doubled in size)
4 1/2 Cups of all purpose flour
1/2 Cup of sugar
5 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
1/2 Tsp salt
2 egg at room temperature
1 Tsp freshly grated nutmeg
2 Tsp vanilla extract
Yeast mixture

Cinnamon Roll filling:
1 Cup white sugar
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Stick room temperature butter

Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 Cups confectionery sugar
1/2 Cup evaporated milk

To bake your beautiful rolls:
Bake in a preheated oven at 365 degrees for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
