This Bulgarian traditional dance is called Vlaško Oro. Along the instrumental musical part there was also a traditional dancing part towards the end led and arranged by our wonderful Lian from Armenia, a professional dancer who has been a participant at this year's Ethno BiH.

The oro is a traditional dance that is danced in a circle, with men and women holding one another by hand. They are used to celebrate occasions such as weddings, christenings, name-days, national and religious holidays, graduations, birthdays. There are many variations of it throughout the Balkans. In Bosnia and Herzegovina it is called kolo, in Bulgaria it is called horo or oro. The name varies along the regions.
