This tutorial demonstrates how use the CFX Manager software (version 3.0) to import a PrimePCR run file, start a run, analyze threshold and baseline settings, review melt-curve data, review controls, and analyze gene study data using the various tools available (bar charts, clustergrams, scatter plots, volcano plots, and heat maps).
